Applying to Lake Harriet Montessori School in Three Steps

Lake Harriet Montessori accepts children who meet the following criteria:
Between the ages of 3 to 6
Appear to be intellectually and emotionally mature enough to benefit from the school environment
Fully potty trained
Any race, color, creed, sex, or national origin
Sound right for you? Then follow the simple steps below.
Step 1: Tell us you are interested
If you are interested in applying for enrollment at Lake Harriet Montessori School, fill out and submit the form below.
Step 2: Tour the school
When a spot becomes available, you will be contacted and asked if you are still interested.
If you are, we invite you to tour our school with director Gay Canseco, who will provide information about the Montessori philosophy and the activities of “the prepared environment.”
Children are, of course, welcome on tours.
Step 3: Complete Enrollment
Following the tour, if you would like to enroll your child, please send us an email within one week of your tour. If our Director agrees that your family will be a good fit for our school, we will send you our enrollment packet. You will also be asked to pay the $75 registration fee and two-weeks of tuition (escrow payment).
Enrollment packets must be received within two weeks of your tour date in order to secure enrollment. All information must be returned before the child can be enrolled in the LHMS program.
Note: Immunization form and health care summary are required by the State. As a licensed child care provider, we are required to document that all children have up-to-date immunization and a health summary.
